Need to get a bike from Tischer to the Holiday Party

I hope someone could help us out.
Donnie @ Tischer BMW is giving us a bike to be used for a door prize at the holiday party. It is already assembled. I need to get it picked up, have it stored and then transported to the Holiday Party in January.

Anyone have enough room in their vehicle and home?

I thought of that but it's a bit chilly. It would also fit in the ti once I empty it out which still leaves me the problem of storage.

Got an E30 roof rack if you want to borrow it. It's got three bike trays. Yakima.
