Saturday, November 14, 2020Join us for the 25th NCC Pie Run! Save a day of baking and come spend a day driving around Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania and enjoying the last of the fall leaves.  Lunch will be at a club favorite, Schmankerl Stube in Hagerstown MD.  We will end at Catoctin Mountain Orchard to grab your Thanksgiving Pies and other goodies.Cost is $10 per vehicle.  A MSR credit refund will be issued if you cancel within 3 days of the tour date.Cost does not include lunch, which will be an abbreviated set of offerings from their lunch menu and on your $$$.  Schmankerl Stube also provides a special menu for those with certain dietary restrictions.Note: This tour has strict capacity restrictions due to COVID.  During registration, you will register your vehicle and indicate the total number of attendees for lunch.  We have reserved 45 spaces (3 upstairs dining rooms with social distancing enforced) at Schmankerl Stube for lunch.  Once the 45 luncheon assignments are filled, you will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted with information regarding other possible luncheon assignments.  We don't wish to turn anyone away who wants to participate in this epic edition of our famous Pie Run and will work to provide other options to you.  Registration closes at the end of the day on Friday November 6 - this date is subject to change so get your registration done as soon as you know you will be attending.  If your plans change once you have registered, please update your registration accordingly so that others may attend.IMPORTANT: The drivers' meeting normally held at the meetup spot will be virtual this year and will be MANDATORY.  A Zoom call will be conducted the Wednesday evening prior to the tour at 7pm - details will be sent to those registered.  Only those who attend the Zoom call will be emailed a copy of the Tour Rules and the Route / secret 8 am meetup spot in Frederick County MD.  If you are unable to participate in the Zoom meeting, you are not going on the tour unless you contact the registrar beforehand and make other accommodations.
