The Competition Corner column in the March derBayerische had an error in the caption to the illustration of the Single Inlet Restrictor that was to be required on the E36 325 running in the SCCA's ITS class. The caption says it's 57mm when in fact it has a 27mm opening as stated in the article.
As an update, tests have shown the 27mm SIR severly limits power at all speeds, so the SCCA has extended the deadline for requiring the SIR until at least April 1 (no fooling). Further testing is being done.
