Novice Checkbox

There is a checkbox on the registration that says "Novice?". Please don't check this as a joke. Believe it or not, there are enough people with YEARS of experience who are clicking this that I'm having to post this message.

It might seem funny to you, but if we are going to bring back the Novice class, I'm going to have to go back and manually remove the people who aren't actually novices.

We have all seen you drive. The other novices shouldn't be worried if you are in their class.
