Tim from PCA doesn't have the dimensions of the Ripken lot-he hasn't had a chance to do it.

I'll try Rob Leone or someone else from Philly SCCA.

The spacial dimensions of the Ripken lot are:

1000' x 700' at its widest point according to Rob.

It's bigger then all of the lots that NCC uses. And it's really not that far.
