    Legal question regarding OE and aftermarket

    i think i remember hearing about a federal regulation that prohibits individual states from requiring the use of original (OE) parts for automotive repairs. can anybody point me in the right direction as to where i can find this?

    Having a cat do you repairs would upset PETA. Plus a cat for have one heck of attitude. Better find a talented a herding dog to do your repairs.

    Only thing I know regarding Cats is it violates Fed laws to sell a used one.
