Anyone know the name of the owner of J&F Motors? I'd like to write to complain about the exorbitant cost of mounting and balancing my snow tires today -- $175.

To mount and balance tires?????? Wow. I could done them on base for 10 a tire.

Last time I bought snows at Radial they charged $10 for mounting and balancing.

did you ask how much it was going to be before you let them start work? if not, it ain't their fault....if so, you agree it would be a reasonable cost.
