WTB: Race cats for E46 M3

If anyone has leads on race cats for the E46 M3 and a good price for them, can you pass it along?

As a favor, I would be willing to sell my S-pipe really cheap in exchange for the information. SS wants around $2K for their race cats ... ridiculous amount to stay legally compliant.
