N52 engine in 2014 and 2015 320i

Friends,
I am looking for a newer BMW ( have a 2003 540i/6 M sport and a 2006 e85 Z4 3.0i) and there are some used 320i out there with the N52 4 cyl twin turno engine. My question is these cars are only 3-5 years old, 25- 40K on the clock, and wondering if anyone has pros or cons for the newer 3 series with the N52 engine.

I would think the biggest issue is that they would seem slower/less powerful than your current lineup. Why not something with N54/N55 engine?
