I'm considering wheel studs for my 2012 M3, competition package. I started my search with the idea of balancing aesthetics and function but that seems to be more difficult than I thought. Here are some of the products I've considered and some pros/cons for each. I am planning to run 19x10 inch Apex wheels all the way around when on the track and my Competition wheels on the street. Any suggestions about what has worked well for you would be greatly appreciated. In the end, I may have to choose safety over aesthetics but before compromising, I would like to know my options.

1. Turner Motor - Considered 75mm studs with 17mm black lug nuts. They seem to be strong but not the most aesthetically pleasing.

2. Bimmerworld - They claim that these 82mm studs are stronger than their 75mm studs which look just like the ones that Turner sells. They recommend the black 17mm lug nuts. Probably the safest option but again, not aesthetically pleasing.

3. H&R Studs - Well known brand but I'm not quite sure whether these are the best option for the racetrack. Muteki SR35 lug nuts (2nd link below) are recommended with these studs. They come in red and are closed which look awesome but I'm not sure how long they will stay red or how durable they are (made from Chrome Vanadium).
