Just got my invitation to the Runoffs.
Will be heading off on Sept. 17th, for the 7th year in a row, and maybe the last. Starting in 2006, the Runoffs will be held in Topeka, KS.

The Nissan was an awesome racecar.
But, once the Civics came along, the Nissan couldn't keep up.

The start was the worst.

Ken Payson, a good friend of mine, has raced for 35 years and in World Challenge as well as Club racing. He has over 100 National wins to his credit and a National Championship or two along the way.

He said he never saw a start like that. His car sustained damage everywhere. The car that hit me ended up on its roof.

After the hit, my alignment was shot, but I was able to soldier on to finish.
