    E46 clutch delay valve removal

I've been driving this 2002 325xi for the past few months and thought I forgot how to shift!
Is it possible to remove the restrictive valve and "simply" reattach the clutch line without damaging it, or do I need a replacement valve that has been cleaned out to use in the restrictive one's place. The "unlock valves" are sold by UUC, Zeckhausen, BavAuto, FCP, etc.

    Thanks in advance!

You can simply reattach the clutch line if it will reach. Many folks put in the modified valves so it appears the car is stock in case of a warranty claim, something you don't have to worry about on an old car. But you might ask the opinion of one of retailers selling the modified valves.
