Beltronics Vector 940 - and "Lidar"

Guess what did not ring this morning? MP gave me a warning for 29 in 25 zone. Said he was using LIDAR gun. Trash the Vector 940? What to get?

Called them. Unit should have picked it up. 2 years old. Out of warranty. Will service it for half of $85 (half price because I got caught) or give me $80 for trade-in to Vector 995. Going to do that instead.

Laser detection isn't really going to help you much anyway. By the time your detector picks it up the cop already has your speed. You need a laser jammer to be protected against laser.

Where do you get a Lidatech? I looked on the web , and couldn't find it. I found a nice laser engraver though.

Escort SRX and their stand alone laser "shifter" also work very well.
