Sahlen's Six Hour Race Qualifying Abandoned Due To Rain
Woodcliff Lake, N.J. – June 27, 2015…
BMW Team RLL will start second and third in the GTLM class in tomorrow's TUDOR United SportsCar Championship Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen as the heavy rain conditions at Watkins Glen International caused IMSA to abandon today's qualifying session and start the field per driver points standings.
Bill Auberlen and Dirk Werner will start second in the No. 25 BMW Z4 GTLM and teammates John Edwards and Lucas Luhr will start the No. 24 Z4 from third.

With two wins (Long Beach-No. 25; Laguna Seca-No. 24) and an additional two runner-up finishes (Daytona-No. 25, Laguna Seca-No.25) in the first four races of the ten-event season, BMW Team RLL sits at the top of the GTLM class Manufacturer points standings by two markers over Chevrolet. The team stands second (No. 25) and third (No. 24) in Team points with co-drivers Bill Auberlen and Dirk Werner (No. 25) and John Edwards and Lucas Luhr (No. 24) second and third in Driver points respectively.
