You can try D&V Autobody off of 606. I've known Keven and Ron for a number of years now and have and will continue to recommend them.

I had a set of wheels powder coated at American Stripping years ago and they did a great prep job on the prior painted wheels before powder coating.

They do a ton of DoD work there now apparently.
