I am counting 348 after removing duplicates.

I put it back on for a much longer time now.

There is interest in 101 VA BMW CCA organizational license plates.
There needs to be a minimum of 350.

Yes. I would keep a spreadsheet or database of names and email addresses requesting a plate. Also keep them in number order in case people have special requests.

I'll ask about the Roundel this weekend but I am pretty sure that it will not be allowed. It's a BMW trademark. Chapters are allowed to use the Roundel if it is used in a specific style chapter logo.
