either way, Seafoam did wonders for clearing out the carbon out of my engine.

while i've never heard anything specifically about castrol preventing proper break-in, there is truth that synthetics should not be used when breaking in a fresh motor.

synthetic oil's properties...

i use:

Castrol full syntec 10w30

or

Motul 8100 X-cess 5w40

might wanna look into the TCDesign E39 swaybar bracket.......apparently some E39 M5 owners have had their stock brackets break!
