Does anyone have the proper procedure for radiator coolant flush? Is it just as simple as draining the radiator and refilling it with fresh coolant? Or should I need to follow more steps...

dealership (Sterling) had no problem offering to install my aftermarket parts. (shortshifter, control arm bushings and brake rotors and pads) they just quoted me ridiculous amount of money to do it....
