What would be a good car to compar pricing to ?
Rotors, coil, water pump, fuel pump all look to be 50% more than a 88 420SEL.
Not that I am worring but how many miles...

I am curious why is seems that a number of E24 M6s are always for sale ?
I would guess that most owners can turn a wrench themselves. The cars are not likely treated as daily drivers.

Seems the glove box on my 86 635 will not open. The latch seems to move in the same manner it normally does but it will not release. Any suggestions ?

Thanks again. The car has come with 5 spoke dynamic racing wheels (225 16s). I will keep in mind your suggestions in mind. Are these 16 " dynamic racing wheels special period correct ?

I mean the on-board-computer. For the time being I would like to disconnect it to confirm the previous diagnosis and to use the car while I track down what part of the OBC assembley is at fault....
