Anyone heard of a new style "hydrolic" belt tensioner? Been having very noisey cold starts pinpointed to the belt tensioner idler pulley and shop has this new designed part on order.

In search of a prestine 2003 530i w/auto trans and under 25k miles. Have passed up two at dealer so far because of large, obvious exterior areas that were re-painted.
