Not a dumb question. We've never shared an event before. And you are correct; since the venue is limited entry it is not fair to count it since not everyone could participate if they wanted to.

Responsibility should fall to both course designer and driver.

From the standpoint of the course designer... was it safe, enough runoff room etc... IMO yes.
From the standpoint of a driver......

Unless something changed, setting up a PAX is rather easy. I did it a couple years ago when I did all the timing stuff.

So I take it a lot of people live in Frederick, which is where I work. We should all get together and grab a beer and food one night!
