BMW Group named red dot Design Team of the Year with five awards

June 28, 2007</p>BMW Group was was honored with the red dot Design Team of the Year for outstanding design of not just cars but also a bicycle and a pair of consumer products. The awards cover the fields of transport, industry, architecture, leisure activities, household, office, computer, and entertainment electronics. The 2007 awards garnered 2,548 nominations from 43 countries.
Among motor vehicles, awards went to the BMW 3 Series Coupe and Mini.
