How do I post a thread in the classified forum ??

I tried starting a thread in the classified section but got an error message that I don't have the necessary permissions. What do I need to do to post a thread there?

Under Classifieds it states.

Classifieds will only be accepted in our new classifieds sections. You may no longer post items in this section.

You need to place your ad at http://classifieds.nccbmwcca.org/
