Spare Tire Solution?

What are people doing about spare tires in 3ers and 5ers after replacing OE RFTs with "real" tires? I'm OK with keeping a spare handy at home as a local day-to-day solution, but what about longer trips?
Please, no arguments about why I should keep RFTs on the car. That ship has sailed for me. TIA

Thanks, The Bimmerzone links were useful. I see they have F10 wheel/tire combos as well.

I doubt you’ll get anyone arguing to keep RFTs on the car lol

I just have AAA and a backup set of wheels for both summer and winter
