Winter Prep Detailing Workshop

Located in the Sterling Industrial Park at the corner of Sterling Boulevard and Davis Drive, Sterling, VA.

While winter is months away, Darryl Nichols, owner of Odds and Ends Detailing, will present a clinic to provide tips for getting our cars prepared and protected from the mid-Atlantic winter elements. The session will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Darryl plans to discuss the following topics at this seminar:
- A quick review of some basics, such as proper detailing materials and processes
- Paint maintenance strategies and techniques with demonstrations (washing, claying, and last step protection)
- Paint polishing and scratch removal strategies and techniques with demonstrations

With the expected rain Saturday morning, Odds and Ends will be starting the session an hour later, starting at 10 AM and ending by 3 or 4 PM.

Please adjust your calendars and we look forward to seeing you there!
 
The event is still on!

For those scared off by he weather, Darryl is hosting a similar event for the DC Metro MINI owners next Sunday, Oct 9th, beginning at 10 AM. BMW club members are welcome to attend. The session will start at 10 AM. The morning will be spent covering washing & cleaning of the exterior in preparation for paint correction, polish, and wax or sealant. The afternoon session with cover cleaning & protection of convertible tops, as well as paint care.
