Why is my ad marked as sold?

I placed an ad for "track tires" several months ago. Now marked as "sold", although I haven't sold them yet. How does this happen?

The classified software sends an email asking you whether you want to renew. If you don't respond in x days I believe it's marked SOLD then in a few days later deleted automatically.
