I am new to the club. I am the proud owner of a new (to me) 1953 or 1954 501 that came to Northern Virginia about 20 years ago from San Diego and which has been sitting in a back yard for that amount of time. It was last stared about 5 or 6 years ago and with a little luck, will be running again by the end of this weekend.

Totally cool. Im beginning to see that each person's car on here, no matter the year/model has it's own personality. That is something you can't say for the rest of the cars of today. I am glad that I bought a BMW for that reason alone. Good luck with the restoration.
