I'm looking for volunteers to help man a booth at this event to promote club membership, hand out club material, give personal experiences about club events, etc.

anyone interested in volunteering for this? only a few hours needed and you get to keep all referrals!!

if you didn't know, there's a membership drive going on, with the grand prize being a free ///M School!

So far, I have 5 volunteers and could use 1-2 more. We have plenty of cold drinks too :)

This event is picking up a lot of support and interest from people everywhere with caravans coming from NY, PA, South Carolina, Canada, Chicago, Florida, etc

I've been working on them to include motorsports and while it won't happen this year, it's planned for next year's event.

There will be a number of BMWs running in the Le Mons race at the Shenandoah Circuit Saturday and Sunday. It will be HUGE too.

I wanted to go to HyperFest, but this got in the way. Plus, this is a new event in a big facility.
