Hello all, my right rear coil spring has cracked, and I am not sure which route to go for replacement. Does anyone have any experience with the BavAuto springs? They are considerably cheaper than stock. I can get a whole set for less than the price of two stock springs, but I am worried about lowering the car. I have bilsteins and M3 contour wheels on the car and I am not sure if the tires will rub against the fenders if I lower the car.

With my luck I'll get two new rear stock springs and one of the front springs will crack.

Any thoughts, price is a factor here, do I get two stock springs or the BavAuto spring set?

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

I have a full set of 328 springs I'd let go for cheap. Great condition.

PM me if you're interested.

The E28 crew finds the BavAuto springs a bit too soft.
