I submitted a request for the MD BMW tag and was wondering if I will get a response other then the duplicate original request. If so, whats the lead time? I currently have a 30 day tag since I got the car in VA yesterday and am wondering if I should go and get normal MD plates or wait for the BMW plate approval.

Also, I neglected to read that if you wanted a specific number (if available) to ask for it in the comments :frown:. Am I stuck with whatever I get or can I resubmit?

Never see a VA NCC one though.

Question.. if we already have a CCA plate, could we "upgrade" to a newer number as it becomes available?

I'd love to get the BMW plate but my problem is with the standard issue MD plates (black on white) that are esthetically challenged. I have Chesapeake plates on my cars for that reason.
