View Full Version : M-Roadster, hardtop mean hardtop?

In the M-Roadster, does having a hardtop installed mean that you can compete in HPDE's as a hardtop car or do you still have to follow convertible restrictions (roll cage, not roll over "system")

The roadster hardtop does not change the requirements for convertibles.
The top is not a structural piece of the vehicle.
Some organizations allow convertibles in HPDE events, if they meet certain requirements; not the National Capital Chapter.

BMW roadsters and convertibles may be entered in NCC AutoX events.
