Ceiling is not high enough for a lift, but at least it's a garage!
The dogs will have their own tiled sun room and big yard.

And if anyone knows of someone looking for a townhouse

Keep the dogs out of the jetted tub. Great house Steven. Its incredible how much house you get for your money outside the DC area.

If I could find a job outside the DC area at my same paygrade the collies could have acreage and their own sheep.

Hope your old place sells quick. Town houses in my neighborhood are moving quicker and selling in less than 30 days as opposed to 90 days or more. Prices haven't appreciated but they aren't on the market for 6mo either.

In my area Average Days on Market: 120 days.
We are hoping because we are an end unit and all brand new flooring and paint will help.

You gotta see what $350,000 gets you down here.

What's nice about this house is that I have no one on 3 sides except for roads.
There is an empty lot between us and the next house that the owner wants to sell. He previous owner of the house was going to buy it with the other neighbor and extend the property lines. But mainly to keep some space between the houses. My dogs can yap at their hearts content now.
Nice houses in the Greenville area go in one day!
There are so many cookie cutter subdivisions going up too.

Up the street is a guy who works for BMW. He has a real Mini in his garage.
We talked cars for a 1/2 hour.
I'm amazed of the amount of BMWs and Minis here.

Two hours to RA and still only 4 to VIR.

What a great place to crash when I visit Greenville! Congratulations on the very attractive home find, Steven. And only 4 hours to VIR (and only a little further for one certain former NCC President) Have a great time at Marque Madness. Hope to see you at a TarHeel school, perhaps in September.

Rafael,

You gonna stick around for the Mazda event on the Grand East as well? I can't make the Marque Madness, but I am going to do the Grand East event with the Zoom Zoom boys, figured you might try your "5" out with them. Or does Tony Stewart need you back in Hotlanta?

So sorry, RafGar! Maybe when I retire I can go to the Canadian Grand Prix and do Marque Madness in the same week. But not quite yet! But sorry I won't have an opportunity to contribute to you CI stress this week. Have a great time. BonBahn

Chuck,

I need to head back to VA for the weekend to see my family.

If you get to VIR early enough, please stop in and say "hi".

BTW, I now have 3 Zoom Zoom cars. I got rid of the Subie and got a Mazda 3 (wagon). My garage now looks like a Mazda commercial (three of them in the garage).

Excuses, excuses.

Like they are any good, since you *are* going to the Canadian Grand Prix - you *must* be rich. ;)

Steve,

Congratulations to you and Florence on the new digs! I was not aware that you were leaving.. or had gone for that matter.

You're gonna have a tough time showing-up and hosting all the events from down there!

Best wishes to you both... oh, and get the car cleaned! :-)
