need to get bumper painted

I'm a new CCA member in Fairfax, and I'm looking for a recommended body shop to get a replacement bumper painted. BMW of Fairfax said $500+ to paint and mount, is that the going rate or is there somewhere better? Do body shops offer a club discount at all?
