The beer, food, and music are fun, and there is a car show on Sunday. PCA Potomac will again sponsor a car show to be held on Sun, Aug 23th to help the city celebrate. It will be a simple “people’s choice” (wash & shine) show with trophies for the top 5 cars. The Porsche club has invited us and the Mercedes club to join in the event. Registration will be $10.00 per car which includes 1 ticket to the “Fest.” Additional tickets are $5.00 each and kids under 12 are free.

We went to Augustoberfest last year and enjoyed the atmosphere so we will attend again this year. We didn't know that any club members were there. Will there be a contingent from the NCC this year? If so, has a meeting place been established?

I'm stuck with a work obligation, so won't be able to make the car show. I hope some members are able to attend and take some of the trophies away from the Porsche club!!
