Instead of having multiple message boards representing the chapter, we should have one under our own roof.

Getting people to move from the yahoo list to here may not be easy, but would be well worth it, IMO.

Progress is slow. Especially in DC.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't see the appeal of Yahoo's software.

Mailing lists have a purpose. There is someone who was working on a system so people could post to this board by email and messages posted would be delivered by email. Like a yahoo list. No idea when it will be ready though.

Hi all! The board looks great. And it is just what I needed another BMW board to keep up with

I like the new bulletin board style forum but i think there are too many categories or topic area to post in. It will be complicated for basic users to figure out where to post a new question or topic.

For example, the Chapter programs (Concours, Autox, and others) contains a folder for Technical that looks like it might be something that a user would post a "help me fix it" question but there is a seperate folder in the Garage area for that.

And Clarese, hopefully this will actually reduce time on other boards. I think it is important to keep NCC going ons under one roof.
