06/27/2013 - June MoCo Social - Miller's Ale House, Rockville (BMW Heritage Showcase) - NEW DATE!
Come join us at our new MoCo location, Miller's Ale House in Congressional Plaza on Rockville Pike. Now with the weather warming up, we hope this new spot will bring out more area members so come check out some of your favorite BMWs and grab some food.
June also continues our 'BMW Heritage Showcase' which will feature those chassis that started it all. Each month will focus on specific chassis, but because we love all things Roundel, ALL chassis are encouraged to come out and pay homage to our ancestors. For both May and June, we'll have several raffles for the following BMWs that come out and show their car:
e30 and earlier (especially those made before 'e' chassis codes were introduced)

In order to continue having future socials, the club will cover up to $10/member (which includes food and soft drinks), so we'll collect $ to help cover the remaining part of the bill (usually $10-20/head including tax and tip). Those who have more drinks or order more expensive food items will need to chip in more than those who stay within the $10/head limit.
Get there early to get a good spot; we'll hangout starting at 6p (weather permitting) and go inside by 7pm.
Bump for next week's MoCo meet and the continuance of our BMW Heritage Showcase. This is the last event where we are recognizing those cars e30 and older, so let's bring them out next week for some fun! For those who haven't been to this Rockville location, we take over the top of the adjoining parking garage; a great place to hangout and talk BMWs.

Last call for tonight's meet at Miller's Ale House...in case of rain, we'll meet on the highest, covered level of the adjoining parking garage from 6pm to 7pm. We'll then head inside where we have reserved several tables in the bar area.
Also, all cars e30 and older will be placed in a raffle for several door prizes as part of our BMW Heritage Showcase. This will be the last event where we honor e30 and older cars (another set of BMWs will be in the spotlight for July/Aug), but as always, ALL BMWs are welcomed to join us.
