Tarheel Chapter member Michael Quain hit the jackpot today by winning the Best Buy Gift Card in the fourth Car Of Your Dreams special drawing, held today at the National Office (watch the drawing below). Members who purchased a raffle ticket between July 13 and July 26 were entered in the drawing, receiving one chance for every ticket they'd bought.
