Yes you can. If the school is near full they will give priority to NJ chapter members but that is unlikely. You can always add that chapter as an associate member for about $15.30/yr. Call the Nat'l office.
They run a great event. However because of the club race the skidpad will not be available.

Space is available. I just registered. It's a mix of pro/con: only 2 student groups due to Club Racing track time, but a great chance to watch some action on the track. $400 for both days.
