I tried to register and noticed that the options for Requested Session were only AM or PM (vs 1- 4 in the past). I am just wondering if you guys changed it back to just AM/PM and no longer use 1-4. Sorry if it's been discussed before.

That's correct. We tried something new and it failed. We're going back to the old way.

Is there a chance it would work if caps were put on each of the 4 sessions to even things out? I like the option, but if I was late signing up I'd be OK with a run group no longer being available. I'd just have to pick another.

It would work perfect if we didn't cater to walk-ups ...

Until we go to 100% online registration and accept no-walkups (possibly next year), we will need to revert to the old system.

I have, but don't worry Ron. Having missed two events I have no chance for the championship unless you, Noel, and possibly Sammy don't show.

I believe the rule is 1 entry per driver. You'll have to pick a car and stick with it.

hey i have a question about the same type of thing.

There are 4 of us that have been competing all year and wanna see who is the better driver. We all want to race the same car. I believe thats possible but i wasnt sure how we should register/what would be a good system for 4 people to drive the same car.

4 people 1 car is no issue, as long as the car is up to it . You could probably run 2 and 2 in just 1 of the morning or afternoon session, but I'm sure the timing booth would like it if you split the runs up across the entire day. Its your call, but I don't see it being any issue.

I haven't run with youse guys before but I'm looking forward to joining the fun. Haven't 100% decided which car to bring but since I'm running against civicexracer, it won't matter cause he'll beat me badly anyway.
