Use of the club logo

Is it permissable to use the club logo in a signature block on other forums? Same question regarding the use of BMWCCA logos on banners within a sig file. If anyone knows, I'd like to use these in my personal sig file but won't do it unless I am pretty sure it is allowed.

Historically speaking, our chapter logo can only be used when approved by our BoD on an official chapter production.

The National logo is basically off limits unless national's approves.
