How do these events work? Can you rent the carts at the event?

3 races of ~18-20 laps costs about $40-60 depending on whether you are a member

Thank you, 328ti, for updating the site. The details, cost and schedule are now up on the karting page of our site. See the link above. If you have any more questions, please send me a private email. Stop by this Sunday afternoon, we begin at 2:30, to drive or just watch to see how things are done out there. This is a good opportunity to meet some of the League participants, and to drive the karts and learn the track, if you have never been to Allsports. Bring your own helmet if you have one. But otherwise, all you need is your license and comfortable clothing. We use their karts, and suits, helmets, and gloves are provided.

This Sunday? I don't see anything on the event listing...is it just general open racing?
What is the new racing format? How many laps do we get?
Do you guys ever do practices? Spending $70 for the GPs is a ripoff IMO...

$70 is the set price for our League events, regardless of the format. It has remained low since we have been good customers. When you say Mini Grand Prix format, the league does TWO 40-lap races, plus 15-20 laps for qualifying/practice. Normal Mini GPs are only 25 laps qualifying and ONE 40-lapper. I would say we get roughly 100 laps per round. So, it is definitely NOT a rip off.
If anyone would like to be added to the email list that we use to send out reminders and event results, please shoot me an email at brian@ogracing.com.

I would rather spend $40 and be exhausted after 3 races of 18-20 laps...but I guess you guys don't have practices
