thats right Frank,![]()
fyi we've hit the 100 mark already as of last night, we can only take 120 as per Passport BMW.
So, folks that registered considered yourself in, and show for Roll-Call at Wolftrap.
However, those classic marque that have registered and will be trailering their cars can go directly to Passport. We know of only Bill W. that will do this, But special arrangement has to be made through or FrankoQ
The Spirit of the Event is the Fall Rally amongst Friends and Fellow Enthusiasts. See you at the Fall Meet
I'm registered!![]()
Xoutpost.com - where you come for the information but stay for the friendships
Registration is Closed
We've have been advised by Steven NCC webmaster that 120 car limit was reached.
We requested that the registration site be Closed,
Names after 120 will be on the waitlist.
to allow more than 120 vehicles? I just cruised through the forum after being out of town for a bit and would to like to have participated.
I realize that there is sponsorship with this event and they had to cap it at some piont but it appears as though it filled up in less than a week. Given the interest level could we "up" the number for 2008?
Brian
- more than 150 vehicles?
Yes, next year we plan to have way more than 120 cars. Passport could only handle this many this year, and they are going thru the trouble of clearing out the lot to host us.
They are planning to open a 10 acre facility by the end of this year, so if we host this again at Passport next year, we'll have more spots available.
Paul Seto - NCC VP & Social Chairman
2007 Space Gray 335i Coupe
2002 Gray Green X5 4.4i
2000 Titanium Silver M Roadster
Pls be advised that from todays instruction from Passport BMW, there will be assigned parking for those 120 pre-registered folks. These 120 are the ones they said they can view as valid participants, for food, drawings, parking a gifts/giveaways.
Passport cannot entertain anymore waitlist for the NCC site registration already had around 20 overflow registrants plus whoever else is compiling another waitlist
Their position is, because of the facility restriction, they rather have the nos. they can support, entertain and safely house well, than having a large crowd of unhappy participants. Next years M3 release will definitely be a time for a bigger celebration, since their New facility will be ready by then.
Your core organizer, are diligently, planning and orchestrating things behind the scene, so we can have a smooth flow of cars and folks can have a memorable time.
It will be a great event no doubt! and thks for your patience and support.

Here's Your In-Production Commemorative BMW Fall Meet Shirt
Let me start by giving thks to Event NCC Board Sponsor
VP Zchild who help us get the funds for the project
and add that this project was a group effort:
* starting with the design by FrankoQ :respect:
*pseto like the dated "2007" as we hopefully collect these
*cycler and tman like a simple look, so the sleeve remarks were removed
*iatacs19 suggested to minimized the logos/remarks and place at left chest:drool:
*scottz idea of grey color was taken
*to keep it trendy/up to date, dye and prewash was added to the mix. :confused0068:
and of crse NCC and Passport had to be added tastefully at the back collar area :bulge:
thks DC Metro for all your input, so now we know we have something that was collectively designed and created.
 Bravo DC Metro

Also btw Fall Meet Attendees watch from the folks wearing this caps.
they are your guide and assistance during the Fall Meet Event
Your previous posting is ambiguous; it states in one place that "Roll Call" ends at 10:00, and in another place that "Roll Call" ends at 9:30. It also states that people already reserved may lose their reserved spots to people on a wait list if not registered "early". That sounds like a poor planning procedure; according to your notice, you should not deny any pre-registered person before 10:00 AM. That is what pre-registration is all about, after all.
Please clarify your intensions. Thanks very much.
Alan
Hello Zach,
As NCC VP and coordinator of the Fall Meet, perhaps you can clarify the previous posting response and provide a proper answer to the question. I am sure that other registrants may be as confused about what time of day their participation may be (?) subject to denial. We all know that NCC is an inclusionary, not an exclusionary, Club.
Thanks for providing a logical answer to everybody.
Alan
