Talk to Wayne at Blue Ridge Automotive in Brunswick, MD, not far from you. They offered wheel refinishing - seems they've gone full-blown service work now, too. He helped me with my E39 wheels. http://www.blueridgeautorepair.com

Send me a note if you'd like to talk more about the E46 steel/winter wheels - I could bring them to Purcellville. I also have a set of five Style 73 7x17 ET 47 in excellent condition for sale. john.mcwilliams@gmail.com
