If you can wait until a DIY Event, one of the special tools available is:

• Valve Adjusting Tool (Free Rental w/ Drivers License)

Note, though, that special tools have a discouraging tendency to go home in members' personal toolkits, so you should probably check to make sure the tool is really going to be there before you go.
