Looking to Enjoy My Car a Little Bit More!

Hi Everyone,

I purchased an E46 M3 convertible back in 2012 and have not had a chance to enjoy it as much as I'd like to. I've taken it to an autocross event once a few years ago and had a great time! However, I'd like to take it to the track or register for an HPDE school but I've read that convertibles aren't permitted.... Are there any exceptions or can anyone suggest any events, schools, courses where I can push my car to the limit a bit and have some fun??? Thanks Club!

Welcome! There's quite a few people with convertibles that autocross, so you should try to make a few of those.

There's also our M Club Day where we head to the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg and drive their M cars all day long.

As for HPDEs, I believe PCA allows convertibles, but you'll need to check to make sure.
