independent body shops

am a new bmw owner and looking for auto shop in maryland. found 4 shops on (bimrsonline.org). gaithersburg, annapolis, and 2 in rockville. does anyone have any feedback on. I don't have any names of the shops, only the web address and phone. and since i'm new to bmw's i don;t know if the bimrs web site is only advertizing or a reflection of solid work.
