need help installing mud flap

hi is there anybody out there who knows a shop that install mud flaps how much they charge? i just bought a pair but didnt have a torque wrench to take the wheels off,thanks

Where are you located? You don't need a torque wrench to take wheels off - just to correctly put them back on!
