April 1 HSS?

Just wanted to check and see if this signup is still available? My April 1 conference got rescheduled so I will be around. Only issue is, I wont have any extra cash on my CC until late next week. Does my card get charged when I fill out the form?

You should sign up then.
There is probably room but the deadline is Saturday, Feb 25.
We only accept checks and they are not cashed until the event.

I signed up for both, should I write two separate checks? I know that its tight trying to get into the April 2cd date.
